Phantom Rock, Bust/Map Piece.

Project type

Kickstarter

Date

2022

Location

Queensland, Australia

This Phantom-inspired rock bust and map piece was painted for Kelby, an Australian jeweller and huge Phantom fan, for his Kickstarter. The grey masked face rises out of sculpted stone above green terrain. A pretty unusual project, and a great chance to grow my skills early on.

The Kickstarter didn't get funded: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/rqphantommap/phantom-country-a-map-based-on-the-phantom-comic

Had it gone ahead, it could have meant 400 hand-painted minis. Looking back, probably for the best :P
