This was one of my own passion projects, this was a Emperors Children Model, the Lord Of Excess, Massive fan of Emperors Children and the thematic Nature of them. They love stimulants, love music, violence, rock and roll, and experiences IN EXCESS. (Just like me) this was a custom chapter I did, and plan to make my first army for these guys.
