These Terms of Service govern your use of Influencer Dashboard (the “Service”), operated by Big Jacko Lil Minis.
By accessing or using the Service, during testing as well as when the service is brought to market you agree to these Terms.

'Influencer Dashboard' is a web-based content management platform that allows users to connect supported third-party platforms, manage media, upload content, and publish posts based on user instruction. The Service is designed to support legitimate creator and business workflows.

2. User Control and Consent
All actions performed through the Service are initiated by the user. This includes connecting accounts, uploading content, saving drafts, and publishing posts. Influencer Dashboard does not post content automatically and does not perform actions on a user’s behalf without explicit user input.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Platforms
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize the Service to interact with that platform only to the extent required to carry out the actions you choose. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, rules, and policies.

You retain full ownership of any content you upload or manage through the Service. Influencer Dashboard does not claim ownership of user content and only processes content as necessary to provide the Service.
